Who we are
stipple is a peer-to-peer marketplace operated in the United Kingdom. We connect buyers and sellers of pre-loved beauty products. stipple acts as a platform intermediary — we are not the seller of any listed product.
What stipple does
We provide the technology to list, discover, purchase, and pay for pre-loved beauty products. Payments are processed by Stripe. A 48-hour buyer protection window is applied to every order.
Acceptable use
You must be 18 or over to use stipple. Listings must be accurate, honest, and comply with our trust and safety guidelines. Counterfeit, heavily contaminated, or prohibited products must not be listed. We reserve the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Intellectual property
Content you upload to stipple (photos, descriptions) remains yours. By uploading it you grant stipple a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. stipple's name, logo, and design are our intellectual property.
Liability disclaimer
stipple is a marketplace platform. We do not inspect, verify, or guarantee the condition of any listed product. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order in dispute, to the extent permitted by UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
