How buying works.
Find a listing.
Every listing on stipple is photographed in four standardised slots — the product face, label, condition, and a buyer's-choice extra. Sealed products are photographed at the seal. Opened products show the fill level. Size, batch code, shade name, and expiry information are declared on every listing so you can decide with confidence.
Pay securely.
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers — payment is processed directly by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Your payment is held securely until your order arrives.
48-hour buyer protection.
When your order arrives you have 48 hours to confirm it matches the listing. If anything's off, open a dispute from the order page — sellers don't get paid until you confirm. If you do nothing, the payment releases automatically after 48 hours.
